At times it is necessary to block or allow an email from a specific individual, domain or IP address and override the system settings. Adding a person to a blacklist will block that email address, domain or IP. Likewise, adding it to your whitelist will ensure delivery even when they system is flagging the message as SPAM. To manage your blacklist and whitelist, follow these simple steps:

  1. Login to using your email address and password.
  2. Navigate to Preferences
  3. Under AntiSpam Management, select the link Black... or White...
  4. Add the domain, IP or email address of the person that you would like to add to the black or white list. Select Add to put them on your list.
