Being able to Manage your Voonami account is crucial to ensuring that your services are running smoothly, along with making sure that all of your billing and other information remains current and up-to-date. To be able to perform these tasks, however, being able to login to your account if the first step.
You can login by doing the following:
- Open a new tab in your web browser and go to https://support.voonami.com/
2. Enter your Login and Password information into the login space provided. Your Login Name and Password should have been sent to you in an email from firstname.lastname@example.org, so be sure to check your email if you are missing that information.
3. Once you have entered your information and selected the 'Login' button below you should be directed to your Voonami account home page. If you are not sure about your password, you can select the blue 'Reset Password' link to have a temporary password emailed to you to allow access.
