Subscribing to the notifications in the portal will provide you with the most up to date information related to the services you have with Voonami. The following notifications can be subscribed to:
|Newsletter||We provide regular updates on what we are doing to improve your experience with us!|
|Outage||If any of our services are having negatively impactful issues, we let our customers know ASAP so you won't be left in the dark!|
|Maintenance||Voonami is constantly making strides toward improving all servers and services we offer so customers have the fastest, most reliable technologies at their disposal. In order to make this happen, periodic upgrades and system maintenance is required while we bring these services online for you. These upgrades are scheduled in advance, as they may require some systems to go offline while the upgrade takes place. If you want to be kept in the loop with all upcoming events, subscribe here.|

- Once you have logged into your Support Portal, locate the Menu on the left hand side of the screen. From there, select the '+' sign to the left of the 'Client Profile' option to pull down a sub-menu. The last option of that sub-menu reads 'View Contacts.'
2. Locate the Name of the individual that would like Notifications, and select their name to the right to pull up their details.
3. Once the detail page loads, towards the bottom right hand side of the page will be a sub section titled 'Notification Subscriptions,' select the 'edit' link on the top right of that section to load a popup window where you will be able to select the Notification(s) you desire to subscribe to.
4. Once all changes are made, simply select the 'Save' button on the bottom right side of the popup window to subscribe.
